on top of 3 x 3 tube style cross bars.Adjusts from 4-1/2" up to 7" from top of cross bar to top center of rollers.Bracket is 13" wide with rollers set apart at 9-1/2" on center .Ideal for rear cross bars to help ease the loading your boat and on center cross bars for additional hull support on heavy boats.

two 12" gold TPR rubber v-style rollers with 4-end cap rollers installed on 2-pivoting bars with shafts and cap nuts.
