Welded bar lock assembly is zinc-plated for corrosion resistance.
Includes PVC handle cover and hasp keeper.
Does not include vinyl caps for pipe, SKU: 1400B sold separately
Pivot hinges and handle are welded to pipe
pipe is 3/4" diameter, pipe is 36" tall, 3-1/4" spacing from center bolt to center bolt on the mounting bracket, & 24-1/8" spacing in between brackets
